Wanna stay warm and toasty on a dive? Then dive dry. Yes! Unlike a wetsuit, a dry suit seals you off from the outside water and that keeps you warm! Even in surprisingly cold water.

What you learn:

  • Gain the knowledge and skills to safely put on, dive with, take off and store a dry-suit. 
  • Get introduced to the different types of suits so you can make a very informed decision if considering purchasing a dry suit.

How to sign up:

  • Call the shop to discuss dates and pay for the course 916-365-2410, or sign up for a date listed online.
  • This course requires  the Advanced Open Water eLearning, 1 pool dive and 2 open water dives, locally.
  • This course includes local dives, instructors fees, Drysuit, Undergarments, Tanks, Weights, Air Fills, 1 pool dive & 2 Open Water dives, Certification Card, and all gear needed accept personal gear.)  
  • Complete eLearning on your own time, anytime before the dives.
  • Students also need to own their own Personal Gear. A dive computer is also required for this course.
  • Personal Gear Package: (Mask, Snorkel, Fins, Booties, Gloves) $50 credit towards this purchase for our students! These packages vary greatly, and should never be purchased online, as they need to be properly fitted by a Dive Professional, and need to be Life Support/Scuba Quality. We want to make sure your diving experience with us is #1! Any gear you purchase for your class that does not meet your needs or fit properly, will be exchanged for you, prior to your open water dives.
