Fisheye Scuba provides a 30 day in store credit on all merchandise sold in the store as long as the returned item has not been used in saltwater, has no scratches or visible wear. 

RESTOCKING FEE: All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your in store credit. 

SHIPPING & HANDLING: Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling changes. We do not refund any shipping and handling paid for warrantied items.

MERCHANDISE CONDITION: Returned/Exchanged merchandise must have no scratches or visible wear. All packaging and tags are required.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS: Some items can not be returned if they are opened or registered. These include any PADI eLearner programs already registered and signed in to by the student. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Special order items may not be returned.

CLASS RESCHEDULE/CANCELATION POLICY: There are no refunds for classes. We Require a 7 day notice to move you to another class. If we cannot fill the spot that you vacated, the full tuition may be forfeited. Students that do not complete their course within 1 year of purchase, forfeit all money paid.

TRIPS

PAYMENT TERMS: $400 initial, non-refundable deposit holds your spot until the next incremental payment is due as defined on each trip page. No refunds.

LATE FEES: Invoices are sent out with due dates set approximately as described in the Payment terms above. Any payments more than 5 days late will incur a 10% late fee every 5 days until payments are current.

ROOMS/OTHER FEES: Room selection is on a first come first serve basis. If you are a traveler paying the double occupancy rate, and we are unable to find you a roommate, a single supplement fee may apply. Other than what is listed above, no other costs are included. Fisheye Scuba will not be collecting payment for any other part of your trip. There are out-of-pocket fees, charges and tips.

FLIGHT DETAILS: Allow us to deal with the stress of booking flights for you. All flights booked through Fisheye Scuba are non-refundable. If the airline allows, you may get a voucher for a future flight.

TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY: If you must cancel, all deposit money is non-refundable. If we are able to fill your vacated spot at the full purchase price, Fisheye Scuba will credit your refund to an in-store account minus a per person $400 non-refundable/cancellation fee. If we are unable to fill your spot on the trip, all money paid toward the trip will be forfeited.

Fisheye Scuba reserves the right to cancel the trip up to 30 days prior to departure. There is a minimum of 7 travelers (excluding trip leader) required for a trip to run. In the event Fisheye Scuba cancels the trip, we will either refund your money paid or move you to another trip. It will be your choice.

PASSPORTS: You must have a valid passport that does not expire 6 months prior to our return date. US passport information can be found at Passport Home

LIABILITY RELEASE: Every person who reserves a spot on a trip through Fisheye Scuba must sign a Trip Release of Liability Form before being allowed on the trip.

DIVE ACCIDENT INSURANCE: We highly recommend having dive accident insurance through DAN.org

TRIP INSURANCE: Trip insurance is always a good idea for the unforeseen circumstances. Fisheye Scuba does not sell travel insurance.  Here are a couple recommendations: DiveAssure or DAN

OTHER: Fisheye Scuba acts only as an organizer and expeditor of dive travel, for the sole purpose of offering a service to Fisheye Scuba Customers. Fisheye Scuba does not sell dive accident insurance, nor do we sell trip cancellation and interruption insurance, nor are we licensed travel agents. We solicit the assistance of licensed, reputable, travel and insurance agents to assist us on your behalf.
